CANTILEVER RACKING
SEMCO'S Cantilever Racking is designed in accordance with the SEMA Code of Practice for The Design of Static Cantilever Racking and BS5950 Part 5.
- Columns
- Cantilever columns are punched at every 75mm to give maximum flexibility for accommodating different load heights to allow simple conversion of single sided racks to double sided to permit changes to loading requirements in the future.
- Arms
- Our tapered open section arm design maximises clearances for loading product providing optimal performance when loading.
- Locking Pins
- Allowing rapid fitting and removal of arms, our locking pins are of a unique design ensuring load transmits to column without damaging flanges.
- Brace Frames
- Our fully welded structural brace frames are very strong maximising lateral rigidity.
- Arm Connectors
- Our Arm Connector is designed to transmit force correctly to column, in addition it presents minimal obstruction to interfere with product therefore minimising potential damage.
- Bases
- The bolted base allows simple conversion of single sided to double sided racks whilst resisting impact forces from trucks during loading and unloading.
