PALLET RACKING
SEMCO'S Pallet Racking offers flexibility for incorporating a variety of picking levels within bulk storage operations.
- Uprights
- Our reversible post design enables them to be turned upside down and re-used in the event of minor accidental damage saving on the cost of new uprights as well as valuable ‘downtime’. Posts are punched at 50mm pitch increasing flexibility for picking levels within bulk storage operations.
- Beam Range
- A full range of beam sections are available including stepped profile beams for picking levels. The beams for pallet storage are all of strong closed box section construction with a wrap around connector offering enhanced rigidity; tamper proof beam locking pins endorse the quality of our design.
- Exterior Use
- All pallet racking for external use is hot dip galvanised and the beams are quality checked following the galvanising process ensuring secure fit to the upright.
- Timber Decking
- Available in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 25mm to 47mm according to the load to be carried and the depth of the frame. Timber from home grown environmentally managed sources is used wherever possible.
- Close Boarded Timber Decking
- Most commonly offered in either a 22mm thick planed finish or a 25mm thick sawn finish. Close boarded decking is ideal for all products requiring heavy duty picking levels. Chipboard can also be used as an alternative for light duty requirements.
- Post Protectors
- Designed to provide a degree of protection for racking uprights against damage from fork lift trucks and constructed in one piece from 5mm thick steel our Post Protectors are floor fixed with four heavy duty anchor bolts protecting against most pallet placement impacts.
