Pallet Racking Solutions – Built for Strength, Flexibility & Performance
At S.E.M.CO, we design, manufacture and supply pallet racking systems across the UK, engineered for durability, adaptability, and ease of installation. Whether you operate in logistics, food processing, building supplies, or any sector handling palletised goods, our racking solutions are built to solve your storage challenges with efficiency and safety.
What is Pallet Racking?
Pallet racking provides a highly versatile storage solution for practically any type of palletised goods. At S.E.M.CO, we design these systems to be fully customisable to your exact requirements, whether you need to maximise space, handle heavy loads, improve accessibility or adapt without ever compromising on safety or cost-effectiveness.
From the initial layout plan through to manufacture and installation, every pallet racking system is tailored by our in-house experts. We work closely with you to understand the dimensions, weight loads, frequency of use, and any special constraints your operation might have. The result is a racking solution that not only supports efficient storage and smooth logistics, but also meets all relevant safety regulations and delivers excellent long-term value.
Whether you are outfitting a warehouse, storage yard, industrial facility or logistics hub, our pallet racking is produced in our modern facility, built to high standards of strength, durability and reliability. We bring a wealth of experience to every design, ensuring that your system will perform, endure and adapt to your changing requirements, while always keeping a strong eye on cost, delivery times, and ongoing safety.
What Types Of Pallet Racking Do You Offer?
Adjustable Pallet Racking
This is the most common type: simple, flexible and efficient. Individual pallet positions are accessible directly without needing to move other stock. Ideal for operations with varied SKU counts and frequent access to individual pallets.
Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
By placing the racking runs closer together, this system reduces wasted space and maximises your storage density. Ideal for buildings where floor space is at a premium, and you do not require wide forklift aisles.
Drive-in Pallet Racking
Designed for high-density storage of large volumes of similar goods. Forklifts drive into the racking structure to deposit and retrieve pallets. Best when stock rotation is low or product types are seasonal goods, bulk inventory, cold or chilled storage.
Internal & External Pallet Racking
We design our pallet racking to fit your space perfectly, whether for indoor use or outdoor applications. For long-term external storage, we also offer durable, weatherproof galvanized finishes.
