Pigeon Hole Racking storage is generally designed on an available space or stock requirement basis. It is an ideal solution for long lengths of Timber, MDF Mouldings, PVCu Profiles and Plastic Drainage in a horizontal format.
How Does A Pigeon Hole Racking System Work?
A pigeon hole racking system works by dividing a large shelving bay into multiple horizontal compartments, often referred to as pigeon holes. Timber is particularly suited to this type of storage because it keeps the product in its optimal storage position whilst allowing easy and manual selection. The space in front of the racks often doubles as an order marshalling and or vehicle loading area.
